Although, he made only a single appearance in his first season with the Arrows, he gained the confidence of Coach Floyd Pinto and featured 11 times in the recently concluded I-League 2018-19.
The teenager was recently called up by the Indian National Team coach, Igor Stimac, to be part of the 35-man preliminary India squad for the upcoming Hero Intercontinental Cup 2019.
When this opportunity came towards me, I did not wait long to say yes to it.
I am thankful to the management for giving a young player like me the chance to showcase my talents at the biggest stage in Indian Football.
I want to visit Jamshedpur soon and make sure the fans are very proud of me.
Jam ke khelo Jamshedpur.
