The tournament starts on September 4, 2025.
The eight group winners progress to the final round where they will be joined by last edition’s finalists Manipur and Odisha.

Senior Women’s NFC 2024-25 Group Winners: Tamil Nadu (Group A), West Bengal (Group B), Railways (Group C), Maharashtra (Group D), Punjab (Group E), Odisha (Group F), Sikkim (Group G) and Jharkhand (Group H)
The eight group winners alongside last edition’s winners Manipur and runners up Haryana will play in the final round from December 1.
