MATCH PREVIEW
–Delhi Dynamos will host Chennaiyin FC at the Jawaharlal Stadium. Both teams haven’t won a game yet this season and will be looking for a win to kickstart their campaign.
-Defending Champions Chennaiyin desperately need a win. They sit at the bottom of the table and have lost all three fixtures they’ve played in. Chennai will look to Jeje to open his scoring for them and journeyman Thoi Singh looks in form with a brace against Northeast United. They will rely on Anirudh Thapa and Rafael Augusto to provide flair in their attacking play.
-Delhi Dynamos are eighth on the table with two draws and a loss out of the three games they’ve played so far. They have a slight edge going into this game after their hard-fought draw against in-form Kerala Blasters in their last game. They will look to Kaludjerovic to help them to a goal or two with Chhangte to provide service to the Serbian striker. In defence, they have Rana Gharami to play out from the back and fullbacks Narayan Das and Pritam Kotal to push forward and provide width.

TALKING POINTS
-Delhi Dynamos and Chennaiyin played out a 0-0 draw. This is the first goalless game of the ISL 2018-19 season. Both the teams are now four games without a win.
-The Delhi Dynamos goalkeeper Dorronsoro was outstanding this match. He thwarted countless attempts on goal by Chennaiyin and even stepped out a couple of times to clear the ball to help his defence. So effective was his performance, the Chennaiyin coach John Gregory gestured to the camera that it should’ve been 3-0 to Chennai.
-Dorronsoro is the only starting foreign goalkeeper in the ISL this season – every other team in the ISL has gone with an Indian goalkeeper. The Indian goalkeepers for the rest of the teams except for Bengaluru keeper Sandhu have been culpable for quite a few goals scored this season. Since it is a specialist position and can make that critical difference, maybe other teams should look abroad when recruiting keepers next season.
-Jeje came on in the 88th minute. He could’ve been brought into the game 20 minutes earlier. Although Carlos Salom worked hard during the game, he just doesn’t seem effective in front of goal. He spurned a one on one chance with the keeper Dorronsoro with no one marking him. This should’ve been a goal and should’ve been three points for Chennai.
-Delhi Dynamos were very poor, especially in the second half. They seem to have forgotten how to attack. They did pass well at the back, but just could not build up any sort of attacking momentum throughout the game.
-With Chenaiyin securing a point with the draw, FC Pune City now move into the bottom of the table on goal difference.
