Kerala Blasters have announced that UAE-based Al Fursan Sports & Tech Ventures led by Sheikh Ahmed bin Faisal Al Qassimi, a member of UAE’s ruling family, has acquired the club.
The agreement signed with previous owners Magnum Sports states that Al Fursan will acquire 100 percent stake in KBFC with the deal expected to be completed in the next few months.
With the Indian Super League (ISL) set to commence on October 10, the club are in a race with time to build a competitive squad.
