
After crossing its own deadline to issue a tender for commercial rights, AIFF has finally put forward a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for monetisation of Indian Super League (ISL) commercial rights.

The bidding organisation’s net worth should be atleast 250 crores and annual payout to AIFF should be 37.5 crores or five percent of revenue whichever is higher

Central Revenue Pool to be created to distribute funds to teams
Company needs to contribute 2.5 percent revenue for first five years and 5 percent for the next 10 years annually towards development

Clubs to retain home ground ticket revenue during regular season.
Football video support system to be implemented and VAR mandated for use by 2030-31 season
