Kerala Blasters FC have signed 27-year-old Manipuri winger Seityasen Singh from Northeast United FC for the upcoming Indian Super League season.
Singh started his professional career with Royal Wahingdoh FC in 2011 and spent four years at the club. He helped the club win the 2nd Division League in 2014 and achieve promotion to the I-League 2014-15 season.
The winger was drafted into the ISL with Northeast United in 2015 – a club he would end up having two more stints with.
In 2016, Seityasen spent a season with Salgaocar FC and the following season on loan to DSK Shivajians after having permanently signed for NEUFC. He moved to the ISL side Delhi Dynamos for the 2017-18 season before rejoining the Highlanders for the 2018-19 season.
The Indian international has six goals in 36 appearances in the I-League and four goals and three assists in 26 appearances in the ISL. However, he did not end up making an appearance for Northeast United in the 2018-19 ISL.
