Nerijus Valskis has returned to Chennaiyin FC after spending a season and a half with Jamshedpur FC having joined them ahead of the 2020-21 ISL season from CFC.

His tally of 15 goals and six assists from 20 matches helped Chennaiyin FC reach the final of the ISL after a poor start to the season.
The following season, he followed Owen Coyle to Jamshedpur FC and in a season and a half with The Red Miners notched up 10 goals from 24 appearances.
