Odisha FC have announced the addition of Indian Arrows defenders Hendry Antonay and Saurabh Meher to their squad.

Hendry Antonay

20-year-old right back Hendry Antonay from Bangalore is an AIFF Elite Academy product and was part of the Chennaiyin FC Reserves squad which took part in the 2nd Division League in 2017-18 and 2018-19.

Hendry moved to Indian Arrows late in 2019 and has made 12 appearances in the 2019-20 I-League. Antonay has also represented India at the U-17 level.

Several other clubs had shown interest in me but the investment in younger players that Odisha FC are putting in was the main factor that I put pen to paper.

I am very much looking forward to meeting my new teammates.

Saurabh Meher

The second of the signings Odisha FC made is 20-year-old center back Saurabh Meher. Hailing from Mumbai, Saurabh was part of youth academies at Mumbai FC and Ozone FC.

Meher moved to Chennaiyin FC in 2017 and featured for the reserves over the next two seasons in the 2nd Division League. In September of 2019, he joined Indian Arrows and made eight appearances in the 2019-20 I-League.

Like Hendry, Saurabh has also represented India at the U-17 level.

I am really happy to join Odisha FC and play in the Indian Super League next season.

I hope to contribute to the team’s success.

OFC have a good crowd support and I am quite excited to call Bhubaneswar my footballing home.
