He made his I-League debut with Lajong against Mumbai FC in January of 2016. After making 14 appearances in the 2015-16 I-League, he was picked up on loan by Delhi Dynamos FC as part of the ISL draft and went onto feature in 12 matches in the 2016 ISL season.

After returning from loan, the following season, Chinglensana featured heavily for the Reds in the I-League. His consistent performances led to FC Goa snapping up the player in July, 2017.

With FC Goa preferring a foreign centre-back pairing at the heart of defence, Singh featured in 20 matches over the course of three ISL seasons with the Gaurs.

The 23-year-old is the third Indian signing for HFC ahead of the new season behind Halicharan Narzary and Subrata Paul.

The club is building a new squad with a lot of ambition in an exciting project.

I want to be part of this team and play my role in helping the club establish its legacy in Indian Football by trying to win trophies and bringing back glory days to the city of Hyderabad.
