I-League: Six clubs have written to AIFF regarding integrity of officiating in the league

Six of 12 I-League clubs have written to the AIFF citing instances where title contenders Inter Kashi benefitted due to alleged partial refereeing.

Questioning the integrity of officiating, the clubs, Churchill Brothers, Delhi FC, Aizawl FC,  Namdhari FC, Real Kashmir FC and Sreenidi Deccan FC included six instances of refereeing – the decisions which seemed to have benefitted Inter Kashi in the title race.

Currently, Churchill Brothers are leading the table by a point with the league completed, but a pending AIFF appeals committee decision could lead to CB conceding the title to Inter Kashi.
