Bengaluru FC have secured the services of 21-year-old goalkeeper Lara Sharma on a three-year deal from ATK Mohun Bagan.
From Punjab, Lara is a product of the famed Tata Football Academy in Jamshedpur. At the national level, he was part of the Indian U-18 team which came third in the SAFF U-18 Championship held in 2017.
The following year, Sharma joined ATK. Although he never made made an appearance for the senior team in the ISL, he represented the ATK reserves team in the Calcutta Football League and the 2nd Division League over the last two seasons.
