Aizawl FC moved to appoint former East Bengal and Mohun Bagan coach Stanley Rozario as Head Coach following the resignation of Gift Raikhan a couple of days ago.
Stanley has a wealth of experience in management having previously served as head coach for East Bengal, Mohun Bagan and Shillong Lajong. He also served as assistant manager to the Indian National Team between 2006 and 2008.
Aizawl FC are currently 10th in the league (among 11 teams) and have picked up only two wins in 11 matches and are in real danger of being relegated next season if their poor run of form continues.
